Privacy — Sepalstack

This notice explains how Lily Software Services LLC (“Sepalstack”, “we”) handles information you give us through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you chose and anything you write in the message box, along with the page you sent it from and the time.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (part of Google Firebase) in the United States and forwarded to our business email. The form is protected against automated spam, which may involve Google reCAPTCHA; Google’s own privacy policy applies to that service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, or longer if we become clients of each other and the information is needed for that relationship.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@sepalstack.com. We will respond within 30 days.
